Analysis of the use of social sites as a key communication tool of the Czech Athletic Federation and their's change over time

In my diploma thesis, I deal with social networks - specifically the social networks of the Czech Athletic Federation. It uses them as one of his main communication channels. Several quantitative and qualitative methods were used in the research. The main goal of the resarch was to compare social sites of the Czech Athletics Federation in 2019 and 2022. It was found that the main goal of the Czech Athletic Federation remains the same in the long term - to inform about the results of Czech athletes. Otherwise, however, social networks have undergone a transformation. The biggest difference over the years can be found in Instagram Stories, which the Federation has taken care of and significantly improved them over that three years. Media routines have also changed. Czech Athletics Federation tried to not be outdated, which is why a TikTok account was made and Instagram Reels were regularly created. The biggest failing can be seen in posts on Instagram, which practically copied Facebook. Overall, however, the year-on-year change on social networks can be seen positively, with which corresponds the growth of fans.
Sponsorship of Česká spořitelna aimed at sport activities

Title: Sponsorship of Česká spořitelna aimed at sport activities Objectives: The main object of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate sponsor activities of Česká spořitelna focused on sport. The result of this thesis is a set of recommendations, which will be a guideline for subsequent decision-making of marketing department of Česká spořitelna for the period of 2019 to 2021. Methods: An analysis of secondary data and their mutual comparation was used in order to achieve the goals. Furthermore an individual observance of sponsor activities of Česká spořitelna in 2017 and the first quarter of 2018 were used. The last significant method used was qualitative dialogue with the head of marketing department and consecutive discussion with the members of his department. Results: The results of the research clearly proved than there is a space for improvement of marketing communication depending on sponsor activities. Sports Associations and New Media: Comparison of the Vision and Reality of Communication on the Example of the Czech Athletic Federation (case study)

Nowadays, new media play a big role in the world and among other things, they also change the role of classical media. Their use also significantly affects daily life in society. The possibility of communication through these channels is currently used not only by publicly known personalities and commercial entities, but also, for example, by non-profit organizations or sports associations. Diploma thesis Sports associations and new media: comparison of the vision and the reality of communication on the example of the Czech Athletic Federation (ČAS) is a case study, which examines the using of new media for the effective communication of the association with fans and journalists. The aim of this thesis is to describe the functioning of ČAS on social networks, namely on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and then to compare the actual state of communication with the ideas and visions of the employees of the association. First, the most important terms used in the thesis are described. Title: Diagnosis of selected competencies of track and field coach of youth Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to diagnose selected competences of a coach of youth athletics and to verify the hypothesis about the connection between performance and the aspiration of coaches. Methods: The thesis used qualitative methods of research and psychological testing. The qualitative methods used were testing, observation and research. Psychological testing was in the form of TATSO test. Finally, the statistical method F-test was used Results: The results of the work will be a useful source of information for the Czech Athletic Association in the development of curricula for trainers and will also be an indicator for athletic clubs, which organize youth trainers. The aim of this bachelor`s essay "Účetnictví a financování občanských sdružení v konkrétních podmínkách Českého atletického svazu" is characteristic of civic association. The first part is focused on civil associations, their basic definition and mainly in what way is regulated their activity and bookkeeping. The second section is interested in concrete civic association Český atletický svaz (futher only ČAS). Analyse his history, activity, conditions of membership and organization structure. In the practical part of my work deals with analysis of the Českého atletického svazu in the years 2006-2009.
Marketing communication in athletics

Sports have become economic activity. Marketing, especially marketing communication has played an important role in its shift from pure nonprofit basis to more commercial character. The thesis examines development of communication in one of the sports, athletics (track & field) in the Czech Republic (CR). In terms of narrow approach to marketing in sports it focuses on these subjects - Czech athletic federation, meetings in the CR, Czech athletes. It analyzes level of communication, suggests solutions to improvement of athletics` status in the Czech Republic using promotion. It is one of the first sources of marketing communication in given sports branch.
